He is survived by: his wife Chhoum Moeung; his children, Chanthan Hing, Channthoeun Hing and Timothy Arsenault; his children-in-law, Chanthib Hing (Jennifer Bou), Jennifer Bou (Chanthib Hing) and Sara Ross (Chamroeun Hing); his adoptive children, Khlung Chhay and Sokha Chhay; and his grandchildren, Amelia Horn, AnaBelle Horn, Jairred Hing, Nessa Hing, Sophia Hing and Leah Hing.
