She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Mulligan; and her parents, George Weisbrot and Beatrice Weisbrot (Skovronek). She is survived by: her sister Harriet Moldau (David); her nieces and nephews, Jackie Moldau and Greta Taglieri (Tony); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alana, Alex, Adam and Aliya.

Donations in her memory may be made to the Suffolk County Jewish Community Center, 74 Hauppauge Road, Commack, NY or to a charity of your choice.

“I am finally able to write this. Just 21 days ago, I was still able to talk to you. It is now September 1 and August is a memory. :( I will never forget you, our caring, smart, beautiful, witty Aunt Susan, and what you meant to our family & the Kings Park, LI Community. You no longer being on this earth leaves a huge hole in my heart, that can never be filled. In times of my greatest sadness, my comfort is a saying that you carried in your wallet: “Say not in grief that she is no more, but live in thankfulness that she was”. Eternally thankful for you, Susan, and the spot-on advice that you guided me with, through the decades that we shared. My final thought of comfort is that your spirit is now hopefully reunited with (Uncle) Don’s. Love Forever, Your Grateful Niece, Jackie. Sigh.”
