He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rowen and Josephine Rowen (Smith) of Joseph's Elementary; and his sibling Gail Barrows. He is survived by: his sisters, Janet LeBrasseur of Lynn, Nancy Rowen, Peabody and Beryl O'Brien of Dennis, MA; his former wife Anne Tisdell; and his siblings' children, Kathleen, Daniel, Paul, Mary, Michael, Sean, Richard, John, Peter and David.
