He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Edward Browne and Ora Mae Kathryn Schaeffer. He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Merry-Browne of Annapolis; and his children, Albert Edward "Ted" Browne III (Lena) of Martinsburg, Kelly Jason Browne (Cassie) of Charles Town, Rachel Penrod (Browne) of Windermere, Florida and Matthew Browne of New York. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
A burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Church of St. John the Evangelist (410 Washington St, Duxbury, MA 02331). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Andrews United Methodist Church (4 Wallace Manor Rd, Edgewater, MD 21037).
