She is survived by: her husband Gerry Clements; her mother Jeannine Brayman of Plymouth; her stepfather Glenn Brayman; her brother Chip Washburn (Marissa) of Dalton; her nieces and nephews, Alexana, Braylen, Vanessa and Jaidyn; her stepbrother Michael Brayman (Elisha); her children, Lily, Max and Willow; her aunt Lorraine Schmegner (Edmund) of Centerville; and her cousins, Wendy Dubuc of Brussels, Belgium and Katie Fitzgerald (Scott) of Norwell. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
