He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leo Kelley and Irene Kelley (Ferland); and his siblings, Nadene Permann, Paul Kelley, Anne (Denisi), David Kelley and Thomas Kelley.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Kelley; his son Gregory J. Kelley of Pembroke; and his siblings, Jeanne Jackson of London and Ontario.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to Holy Apostles Parish.
