He was predeceased by: his siblings, J. Edward McHugh and Paula Page. He is survived by: his wife Susan (Miller); his son Richard Jr.; and his siblings, Donna Tilley, Betty Jane Colligan, Ronald McHugh and Stephen McHugh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
