She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Koumaris and Georgia Koumaris (Pershake). She is survived by: her daughters, Christine M. Smith (Andrew) of East Bridgewater, Cynthia E. Wysocki (Michael) of Holbrook and Karen J. Gamel (William) of Sugar Land, Texas.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Scheets (Justin), Allison Smith, Matthew Smith (Emily), Kristen Desaulniers (Timothy), Bryan Wysocki (Emily), Christopher Gamel (Neil Ames) and Daniel Gamel; and her great grandchildren, Vivian, Liam, Claire, Luke Scheets, Jackson, Mila, Tyson, Connor Desaulniers, Colton Wysocki and Oliver Gamel-Ames.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Violet's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
