He is survived by : his siblings, David Joe Wade (Kathy) of Pepperell, Massachusetts, Janet Sue Lyon of New Richmond and Myrna Thompson (Sam) of Crawfordsville; and his sister-in-law Paula Wade of Crawfordsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
