With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Amelia Rodriques Giannopolo of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2025 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joaquimdo Amaral and Maria Amaral (Rodriques); her spouse Carmen J. Giannopolo; and her sisters, Maria Goncalves, Maria H. Paralta, Silvana Almeida and Ascencao Almeida.
She is survived by: her children, James J Giannopolo of Pittsfield, MA and Lisa M. Giannopolo of Pittsfield, MA.; her grandsons, James Daley and Ryan Moore; her great grandchild Artemus Daley; and her sister Silvina Gouveia of Fall River, MA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
