Ann Chesnut Galt Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ann Chesnut Galt of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 16, 2025 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ann Chesnut Galt to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy William and Florence Parmley Chesnut; and her brothers, Bill and Walt. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Joyce McCarron (Matthew), George (Kristen Truitt) and David (Susan Masino); her grandchildren, Ryan, Keenan, Katie, Bailey, Jack and Ian; and her great grandchildren, Juliette Jayne and Aubrey Ann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the United Church of Christ (110 South St, Pittsfield, MA 01201).
