She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Costello and Josephine Zullo. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammie Lee, Debbie Sullivan (Lee) and Patricia Allison; her grandchildren, Alisha Radke, Santino Allison, Augustino Allison, Erica McGraw, Justin Sullivan and Brandie Langfield (Lee); her great grandchildren, Aria, Emma, Lexi, Gavin, Pearl, Chloe, Paige and Olivia; and her sister Josephine Vincent. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or by planting a memorial tree in Ann's memory.
