He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Marie Dipalazo; his granddaughter Navaya Molina; his sister Sharon Mazza; and his stepbrother Bob O'Neil. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Winters and Jennifer Carchedi (Jason) of Lanesborough; his grandchildren, Anthony Winters, Natiya Cilli, Jadon Carchedi, Mia Carchedi, Nico Carchedi, Sofia Carchedi and Luca Carchedi; his great grandchildren, Nautica Rae and Aveya Winters; and his brothers, John O'Neil and Patrick O'Neil.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to the Italian American Club of Pittsfield.
