In the sacred silence of farewell, Charles is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Houghtlin and Catherine Houghtlin (Nisil). He is survived by: his sisters, Catherine Clark, Georgianne Moore and Rosemarie Houghtlin; his cousin Emma Derby Brookman (William); his nephews, Jared Houghtlin and Dana Brookman; and his caregivers, Linda Cunningham and Nonotuck. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Berkshire Humane Society-Dr. John Reynolds Adoption & Education Center, for all the care and compassion that Dr. Reynolds had shown Charlie over the years.
