He was predeceased by: his parents, Murdick "Sam" Kickery and Catherin M. Shaw Kickery. He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Kickery (Tina), Robin Kickery, Carolyn Ferry, Ethel Davis and Charron Ouelette (Richard).
