He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lund and Annie Lund; and his brother Dana A. Lund. He is survived by: his wife Susan Nichols; his children, Andy D. Lund, Priscilla A. Lund and Sharon D. Lund; and his sister-in-law Patricia Lund.
