He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Avery and Nancy Avery (Christman). He is survived by: his wife Christine Avery; his daughters, Shirley Avery Paulino and Dr. Elizabeth Avery Gomez; his grandchildren, Thomas John Paulino (Lindsay), Jonathan Gomez (Laura), Stephanie Carter (William), Ashley Amanti (Nicholas), Alexandria Greenzweig (Joey), Christopher Paulino (Brianna Perricone) and Russell Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Macey, Hudson, Jameson, Winter, Hayden, Colton and Sonny.
