Eugene Squires Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Squires of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 14, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene Squires to pay them a last tribute.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Eugene leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He is survived by: his wife Christine Hopper; his sons, Jason Squires, Jeremy Squires and Bill Ahern; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Dillon and Quinlan. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dwyer Funeral Home (776 North St, Pittsfield, MA 01201).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the Dwyer Funeral Home.
