She is survived by: her sons, Stephen G. Forfa (Darian) of Pittsfield, Francis P. Forfa Jr. (Karen) of Pittsfield and Brian K. Forfa (Martina) of Pittsfield; her grandchildren, Mitchell Forfa, Brian K. Forfa Jr., Tyler F. Forfa and Bailey S. Forfa; her great grandchild Lyllianna; and her brothers, Robert Taylor, John Taylor and Peter Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
