He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Elizabeth Adams (Fisher) and Robert Felker Fisher of Cuba, NM. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Vismosko of Pittsfield; his children, Franklin Fisher Jr. (Linda Zahnleuter) of Niskayuna, NY and Priscilla Rafuse (Stephen Rafuse Sr.) of Dennis, MA; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Adams Fisher, Jack Karl Fisher and Jarrad Rafuse.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dery Funeral Home (54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
