She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Powers and Mary Powers; her son Thomas Laureyns; and her siblings, Anne Tarmey and Thomas Powers.
She is survived by: her husband Richard V Laureyns; her children, Richard M Laureyns (Barbara), Jeannie Laureyns Bell (David) and Sheila Furtney (Kristopher); and her daughter-in-law Maryanne Laureyns. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
