She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett A. Morin and Lillian E. Dellert Morin; her husband Roger W. Gavin, Sr.; and her brother Frederick Morin. She is survived by: her children, Roger W. Gavin, Jr. (Julie) of Pittsfield and Joan Chapman (Scot Spring) of Pittsfield; her son-in-law David Chapman of Williamstown; and her sister Marion Cady. She is also survived by Eleven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dery Funeral Home (54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made payable to the Berkshire Humane Society and mailed to the funeral home.
