He is survived by: his mother Janet Ellsworth of Dalton; his children, Christopher Ellsworth of Oregon, Alicia Welch of Pittsfield and Brenden Ellsworth (Lily) of Adams; his grandchildren, Arihanna and Michael; his siblings, Annie Topper (John) of Dalton, Michael Ellsworth (Cathy) of Peru and Eric Ellsworth (Lechelle) of Peru; his close friend Marty Parks; and his pets, Abigal and Jack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
