It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John L. Maconga (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 11, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maconga and Mary Cacciotti Maconga; and his brothers-in-law, Jim and Dick Daniels. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Griffin Maconga; his children, Beth Cacciola (Joe), John Maconga (Marisa), Sarah Harvey (John), James Webb (Larissa), David Webb (Joy) and Jennifer McNulty (Alex); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Cacciola, Chris Cacciola, Nicholas Webb, Mark Harvey, Carson Maconga, Thatcher Maconga, Sage Maconga, Bethany Comeau, Matt McNulty, Madison Astore, Bryce Webb, Jack Demayo and Dominic Demayo; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Clara, Lacie and Mason; and his sisters, MaryAnn Dykeman (Bob), Marge Daniels and Pat LaCagnina (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
