Bourquard (Nichole Daly); his grandchildren, Kylee and Kacie Bourquard; his siblings, Judy Magg (Robert), Mary Ellen Berg (Carroll) and Daniel Bourquard (Martha); his sister-in-law Marie Flanders (Jim); and his niece Susan Glover (Lindsey). He is also survived by great nieces, andgreat grand nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's memory can be made to the Berkshire Humane Society and the Rock N' Race 5K Run/Walk Fundraiser supporting Dan Bourquard who is running in his brother's memory. “Joe was my father’s nephew and best friend. I have wonderful memories of them fixing stuff in my dad’s basement workshop; or huddled around the family car, hood open, replacing some part. After my dad died, I sometimes called Joe to ask how to fix something that had gone wrong. I missed out on building the same kind of friendship with him that my dad had, and I regret that. But I’m sure he and my dad are up heaven together now, conspiring to fix something up there, both happy as can be.”
