She was predeceased by: her father Russell Burns. She is survived by: her mother Susanne Borris Burns; her husband Clifford Brelsford; her children, Susie and C. J.; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Mariah, Trevor, William and LaMonte; and her siblings, Sharon (Terry) and Bobby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
