We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2025, at the age of 60, Kevin P. Shanahan (Pittsfield, Massachusetts) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kevin P. Shanahan to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his parents, Mike Shanahan and Marie Shanahan; his siblings, Kathy Begley, Mary Canto (Tom), Julie Ross (Tim), Annie Monti (Al) and Mike Shanahan; and his caregiver Karen Flynn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dery Funeral Home (54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at the St. Joseph's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Karen Flynn in care of Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
