It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lois H. Goddeau of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Keefe and Elsie Umbs Keefe; her husband James F. "Tex" Goddeau; her daughter Gail Vierra; her siblings, Audrey Hoffman, Shirley Carmel, Thomas Keefe, Jr., Robert Keefe, Laverne Keefe, John Keefe and Richard Keefe; and her son-in-law Fred Kickery.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Kickery of Pittsfield, James Goddeau, Jr. (Debra) of Pittsfield, Richard Goddeau (Deborah) of Milford, MA and Joyce Wasnewsky (Mark) of Lanesborough, MA.; and her brother Melvin Keefe (Rita) of Pittsfield. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to the American Diabetes Association in care of the funeral home.
