Matthew left this world on September 8, 2025 at the age of 63, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James D. Pero and Elizabeth Cardell Pero; his wife Tracy Deloye Pero; his children, Spencer Pero, Sarah Pero and Shaun Pero (Brittany); his grandchildren, Jordan and Kamala; and his siblings, Mary Manghue and Donald Pero (Bonnie). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
