It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Elizabeth Brien of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 23, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kolano and Julia Kolano; and her husband Raymond. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas (Jewell) of Chattanooga, TN, David (Rebecca) of Pittsfield and Jeffrey (Meghan) of Ambler, PA; her grandchildren, Patrick (Karen), Matthew (Amy), Daniel, Jeremy (Anya), Aniela and Clara; her sister Lorraine Sagan of Ludlow, MA; and her sister-in-law Jeanine Laporte of Southwick, MA. She is also survived by niece, and several nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dery Funeral Home (54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201).
