She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Demary and Leola LaDouceur Demary; her husband William W. Nunes; her son Dennis Nunes; and her sisters, Judith Garzone Sabino, Jane Mazza, Marilyn DeAngelis and Betty Demary.
She is survived by: her daughters, April Nunes (Anthony Hawkins) of Pittsfield and Melissa Nunes (Anthony Flint) of Pittsfield; her stepchildren, John Nunes (Carol) of Florida and Sherry Giordana of Florida; her grandchildren, Teresa Martin, Jessica Dyer, Cassandra Pascali, Chantal DiMichele, Amanda Tevyaw, Allen Tevyaw, Chelsey Lynn Nunes, Hollie Lombardi, Jamie Kittler, Autumn Nunes and Grayson Nicholls; and her siblings, Gerald Demary (Kimberly) of Dalton and Joan Gillett (Richard) of Waterford, NY.. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dery Funeral Home (54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to HospiceCare in the Berkshires in care of Dery Funeral Home.
