She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Belsito and Elena Bilancia Belsito. She is survived by: her husband Philip O'Rourke; her sister Ada Belsito; her daughters, Jennifer Darby (Caleb), Erin O'Rourke and Colleen O'Rourke; and her grandchildren, Norrin, Maris and Lana Darby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Paula's memory can be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation or the Trustees of the Berkshire Athenaeum, in care of the Dwyer Funeral Home.
