He is survived by: his parents, Carl Thomas and Mary Thomas (Wren); his daughter Kailee Thomas (Jaryd Dulieu); the mother of his child Gabrielle Coleman; his son Kaelen Thomas; the parent of his child Jaime Marby; his siblings, Kristian Thomas (Rachel McMahon), Ashley Thomas and Mary Roy (Joseph Roy); his aunts and uncles, Brenda (Brian Griffin), Eileen Kane, James Wren, Peggy (John Giguere), Rita (Mark Foss), Robbin (Darcy Chapman), Louise (Tommy Lis) and Sean; his nephews, Kieran, Avery, Makhi, Gabriel, Carter, Alexander, Zachary and Jack; his princess Brielle; his significant other Amy Slonski; his significant other's child Brodie; and also Sasha.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sean's memory can be made directly to Kailee Thomas and will be applied towards an educational fund for Sean's son, Kaelen.
