She is survived by: her sons, Patrick Ralph Costello (Jill) of Ruckersville, VA and Thomas James Costello (Deanne) of Land O' Lakes, FL; her grandchildren, Brielle, Brennan, Corrine and Connor; her sisters, Maria Teresa MacFarland (Kevin) of Martha's Vineyard and Mary Margaret Talmi (Akiva) of Pittsfield; and her nephews, Daniel and Benjamin.
