He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy J Sullivan, Sr. and Ruth G Sullivan; and his brother Willis. He is survived by: his brother Peter; his wife Pamela M Hebert; and his grandchildren, Molly, Bradley and Abigail. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
