She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin William Duby and Jean Leah Duby (Kirk). She is survived by: her husband Kerry Green of Plainville, MA; her daughters, Kaylee Miller of North Attleboro, MA and Corin Green of Plainville, MA.; her siblings, Debra Rose of Taunton, MA and Roy Duby of North Attleboro, MA; her siblings' children, Stephanie Duby, Sean Duby, Brett Rose and Amber Rose; and her friends, Paula Stearns of Norton, MA and Noreen Woodward of Northbridge, MA..

“I only knew Donna for a short time while she was in my Livestrong group. She always came with a smile and purpose . Working hard to regain her strength , balance and stamina.
