He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson (McAlice). He is survived by: his sister Kristen Hebert (Henry Hebert) of Plainville; his nephew Andrew Hebert of Plainville; and his niece Courtney Hebert of Plainville. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Keith's memory to the New England Racing Museum.
