Lempitski III (Sherry Lempitski) of Southbridge, Massachusetts, Matthew Lempitski of Hardwick, Massachusetts and Tyler Lempitski of Attleboro, Massachusetts.; his grandchildren, Alicia Lempitski and Matthew Lempitski Jr.; and his brothers, Paul Lempitski (Iwona) and Eddie Lempitski (Joanna).
