He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Kell; his children, William R. Fuller, III, Pamela Fuller Gauvin, Karen Baker (Jeff) and Kevin Fuller; his grandchildren, Sean Fuller, Cassandra Columbo, Kayla Gauvin, Jason Fuller, April Fuller Liuzzi, Mackenzie Acevedo (Johnny), Benjamin Baker, Megan Travers (Erik), Ted Baker and Zachary Fuller; and his brothers, Lawrence Fuller (Rita), Richard Fuller (Linda) and David Fuller Sr. (Claudia). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
