He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Coombes and Kate Coombes; his siblings, Brian and Ruth; and his pet Boris.
He is survived by: his wife June; his sons, Peter Coombes and Philip Coombes; his daughter-in-law Raychael Chavez Coombes; his grandchildren, Andrue Coombes (Dia Smith), Ward Coombes (Sebastian Kopellas) and Jonathan Coombes (Rachel Topham); and his sister-in-law Maureen Coombes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home - Hingham (21 Emerald St, Hingham, MA 02043). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
