It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward L. McDermott of Plymouth, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick and Mary; his siblings, John, James, William, Charles, Francis, Joseph, Mary Elizabeth, Kay and Jane; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis, Marie, Alice, Patricia, Theresa, Albert and Paul.

He is survived by: his wife Marge; and his sister-in-law Inez McDermott. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
