He was predeceased by: his sibling's children, John III, Jeremiah and Sophia Pow. He is survived by: his children, John (Christin-Rose), Thomas, Leah (Rufus Wilson) and Kate Pow of Plymouth, MA; his grandchildren, Zarah Lindquist, Rylee, Aislinn-Rose Pow, Leeson, Laydell, Reia Wilson of Plymouth, MA and Destiny Damacena of Harwich, MA; his brothers, John Jr. (Jacqueline) of Milton, MA and David Pow (Misti Dragano) of Annapolis, MD; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Stewart of Duxbury, MA.
