He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Shepherd (Mewis); his daughters, Kelly Trombley (Walter) of Signal Mountain and Kimberly Wheelwright (Henry) of Squantum; his grandchildren, Garrett, Abigayle, Sadie, Cole Trombley, Olivia and William Wheelwright; his parents, Geraldine Shepherd and Thomas Shepherd; his siblings, Thomas Shepherd (Linda), Nancy Vafides, Gerard Shepherd and Jayne Roche; and his brother-in-law William Roche. He was also cherished by many extended family members and a large group of friends.
