He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald Modale; and his parents, Natale Modale and Patricia Modale (Forgarty). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mae Modale (White); his son Andrew Modale (Amanda) of New Jersey; his stepsons, Michael Gilmore of France and James Gilmore of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Brayden Modale, Emma, Nick Gilmore, Chloe Gilmore and Justin Gilmore; his sister Linda Schubert; and his brother-in-law David Schubert of New Jersey. He is also survived by his family, friends.
