He is survived by: his significant other Beverly Hallisey (Rhue); his children, Christine M. Phan (Mondeth Phan) of Kingston, William P. Hallisey Jr. of Plymouth, Erin Petersen (Scott Petersen) of Plymouth and Kathleen Hallisey Prifti (Philip Prifti) of Plymouth; and his grandchildren, David, Jacqui Phan, Michelle Marie Phan, Michael, Mikayla Phan, Steven Phan, Eileen, Claire, Sara Hallisey, Scott, Sean, William Petersen, Philip and Timothy Prifti.
