He is survived by: his parents, Edward Leonard and Nancy Leonard (Spencer) of Pembroke; his sister Deirdre Leonard of Duxbury; his aunts, Margaret Spencer of Hingham and Kathleen Lewis of Marshfield; and his cousins, Timothy Lewis (Elsie) of Wheaton and Caitlin Holroyd (Nick) of Scituate.
