He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren and Anne; his brother-in-law D. Martin Carter; and his brother David Elmer (Mary LaVilla Cogswell). He is survived by: his wife Annie Laurie Stuart; and his siblings, Jill and Thomas Wilbon Babson (Kelly). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
