Though Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ohmstede and Mary Ohmstede (Rizzacasa). He is survived by: his siblings, Harry M. Ohmstede of Providence and Anne Potts of Walpole; and his nieces, Jillian and Olivia Potts. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home (22 Oak St, Hyde Park, MA 02136). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at 4740 Washington St, Boston, MA 02132. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the Gethsemane Cemetery.
