He was predeceased by : his parents, James R. Ingram and Ethel Ingram (Douyard); and his sisters, Phyllis Patton and Jean Carmichael. He is survived by : his wife Judi; his children, James, Mark, Amy Hardin and Carrie Stevens; and his sister Eleanor Lobb.
