He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James McDonnell and Mary McDonnell; his wife Arlene J. McDonnell (Simpson); his siblings, Maureen McDonnell of Hull and James McDonnell of Breezewood, PA.; his stepchildren, Lea Saari, Raeann Saari of Milton and Julie Saari of Bridgewater; his great-niece Caroline; and his great-nephew Liam.
